The Arbiter tests the strength of an argument before it becomes a published claim. It looks for overreach, weak evidence, source mismatch, stretched statistics, missing limits, internal contradictions, and claims that sound fluent before they have paid for themselves.

What is being asserted, and what would have to be true for it to hold?
Evidence
Does the source actually support the claim, or only a weaker nearby version?
Limits
Where does the argument stop, and what conditions would force it to revise?
Consequences
Who carries the cost if the claim is wrong, overstated, or badly applied?
