Voynich manuscript.

Sometimes I come across a true mystery. The Voynich code is truly mysterious. The Voynich manuscript was for a long believed to be written in the 15th or 16th century. Recent testing divulge its written in the early 14 hundreds.

By whom?

Nobody knows, but, what is truly amazing is that NO cryptologist have been able to crack the language used.

Some have attributed the Voynich manuscript to being a creation of Leonardo da Vinci, or other contemporaneous giants. The problem with this assumption is of course that Leonardo was not born between 1402 – 1428 (when the book was created) so the mystery is unsolved.

What does it mean?

Nobody knows.

The cost to create a book like this written on animal hides is astronomical and some believe it was written in Germany.
